Your area of responsibility
- Leading and developing a team in field sales
- Recruitment of new pension advisors
- Setting sales targets and developing development plans
- Active support of the general agent in systematic market cultivation
- Conducting and ensuring comprehensive pension and financial advice
- Managing and expanding your own customer portfolio
Your strengths
- Completed training in the insurance industry (certified financial advisor IAF or federal financial planner FA)
- Leadership and high motivation to lead pension advisors to success and to act as a role model in sales yourself
- Enthusiastic, winning personality with strong sales and social skills
- High commitment with goal-oriented and well-organised working methods
- Communication skills combined with negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
