Polymechanic with Team Leadership and Process Responsibility
Tasks
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on modern circular knitting machines
- Monitoring product quality and adjusting knitting programmes
- Implementing technical innovations and product developments
- Leading and motivating a team of around 5 employees
Requirements
- Completed basic technical training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), for example as a polymechanic, mechatronics technician or textile mechanic
- Manual dexterity combined with a quick understanding of complex machine processes
- Confident handling of PC-based machine controls and administrative systems
- Precise, flexible working as well as high personal responsibility and team spirit
