Requirements
- Minimum age 15 years
- Completed secondary school A, B, or 10th grade
- Willingness to work irregular hours and to start work at 6:45 AM, including weekends
- Enjoyment of practical, nursing activities and manual skills
- Empathy, good communication skills, and physical and mental resilience
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, quick comprehension
- Interest in digital tools and basic PC knowledge (e.g., Word, email, internet)
- Recommendation for a commuting time of a maximum of one hour
