Do you want to use your technical expertise to ensure our heating systems run efficiently and reliably? As a field service technician, you are the direct contact person for our customers in the Zurich region. You take on the maintenance, repair and commissioning of oil and gas heating systems on site, thus ensuring smooth operation. Through your work, you also make an important contribution to the energy efficiency and sustainable use of our heating systems.

Tasks

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heating systems at end customers
• Service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service in the extended area of your deployment region
• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

Are you technically skilled, love working on heating solutions, and characterised by high customer orientation and willingness to travel? As a service technician, you can apply these strengths meaningfully with us! You also have:

• A completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology or electrician / electrical installer and ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology or climate and ventilation technology
• Knowledge of the structure and functioning of heating systems
• Extensive experience in customer service for oil and gas systems
• Flexibility for assignments within the assigned region
• Valid driving licence class B
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
