In our Institute for Anaesthesia & Intensive Care Medicine, we care for patients who undergo surgery at Limmattal Hospital, are seriously ill, have suffered an accident, or require intensive medical care.
The Institute for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine performs over 8,800 sedations, general and regional anaesthesias annually. In the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we care for around 1,000 patients per year. Treatment of pain patients and the emergency medical service are also part of our range of services.
Direct applications are preferred; external recruitment agencies will not be given priority.
This is where you will be involved
- Handling the entire administration of the chief physician
- Managing the chief physician’s agenda
- Telephone operation and email processing for the Institute for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine
- Collaboration in duty planning for various specialist groups (Polypoint PEP)
- Participation in projects (organisation, documentation, digitalisation, process optimisation)
- Participation in quality assurance (documentation, analysis)
- Participation in the recruitment process for all specialist groups of the institute
- Independent recruitment of junior assistants
- Electronic dispatch of various reports
- Appointment scheduling for the pain consultation
You
- have completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field, with further training as a chief physician secretary and/or medical secretary
- possess knowledge of the healthcare sector
- ideally have several years of experience in a comparable role
- are an organisational talent with proactive, customer- and service-oriented behaviour
- can quickly and efficiently familiarise yourself with new topics, tasks and processes
- have a passion for the work and a strong identification with the mission
- possess knowledge of the central importance of routine business and secretarial work
- have audience-appropriate communication skills
- are a keen learner who likes to question and take initiative
- enjoy working independently as well as contact with internal and external parties
- are proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
