What you can achieve
- 🥛 You control the milk flow from milk reception to processing.
- 🔎 You monitor and control the processes in the command centre at the heart of our dairy.
- 📋 You ensure compliance with process specifications.
- 📊 You plan and coordinate the production of semi-finished products and various blends.
- 💪 After the training period, you independently operate the production facilities across all shifts.
What you bring with you
- 🎓 You have completed training in the food sector (milk technologist, food technologist, cheesemaker, baker, cook, etc.).
- 💙 Your heart beats for the production of high-quality products and large production facilities.
- 🏭 You have experience in plant operation and also possess technical flair and have had contact with controls.
- 👥 You are a team player and fit perfectly into our team with your precise, clean, and efficient working style.
- 🕰️ You are willing to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts).
- 💬 You speak fluent German.
