PhD Position 100% in the Field of Corporate Governance (m/f/d)

The Institute for Law and Economics (ILE-HSG) and the Executive School (ES-HSG) are active in the areas of research, teaching, and continuing education

• Support in research and practical projects in the field of Corporate Governance (Prof. Dr. Michèle Sutter-Rüdisser, Dr. Cornel Germann)
• Participation in the further development of continuing education programs for board members, in cooperation with the Executive School HSG
• General support in publications, lectures, and courses

• Interest in the field of Corporate Governance
• Initial practical experience in the form of demanding internships or professional experience
• Independent, reliable work and analytical thinking skills. Goal-oriented working style
• Languages: German and English
• (Upcoming) successful Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Fulfillment of the doctoral requirements of the University of St.Gallen
