Service Technician Sanitary (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of heating and drying systems at our customers’ premises.
- Carrying out functional tests and fault diagnostics as well as rectifying malfunctions and technical problems.
- Advising and supporting our customers in the selection and installation of heating and drying systems.
- Regular inspections and checks of the systems according to maintenance plans and manufacturer specifications.
- Documentation of the work performed and preparation of service reports.
- Training and instruction of customer personnel in the operation and maintenance of the systems.
- Active customer care and maintenance of customer relationships.
- Close cooperation with the sales and development team to optimise products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Training as a heating or sanitary installer EFZ
- Professional experience in heating and drying technology, ideally in service or customer support.
- Sound knowledge in the installation, maintenance and repair of heating and drying systems.
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as communication skills.
- Driving licence class B.
