Trustee with Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 130,000Role:
As a trustee at our ROCKEN partner, after training, you will manage your own portfolio of mandates with a focus on agriculture and regional businesses. You independently handle accounting and taxes and advise your clients on operational matters, pension provision, and tax planning. As a personal contact, you maintain long-term client relationships and contribute your experience to the further development of trust processes.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage your accounting and tax mandates and take full responsibility for your clients.
As the first point of contact, you support your portfolio with general trust matters.
You personally and appropriately advise your clients on operational topics, pension provision, and tax planning.
You help shape the further development of existing processes and contribute your experience and ideas for improvement.
Qualifications:
A commercial or agricultural basic education forms your professional foundation.
You are currently completing or have already completed further training in finance and accounting, trust services, or agricultural economics.
Professional experience in trust services is an advantage but not a requirement.
You perform your tasks precisely and efficiently and value direct client contact.
Ideally, you have a connection to agriculture. Alternatively, you are willing to familiarise yourself with the specifics of agricultural accounting during training.
