- In this role, you ensure the control, billing, and posting of grain and oilseed inbound and outbound storage as well as warehouse fee invoices for us
- You support the national warehouse manager in managing the federal mandatory warehouse, including accompanying mandatory warehouse inspections by réservesuisse
- You are actively involved as a team member in our warehouse planning within the company as well as in the duty-free warehouse management
- Another part of the tasks consists of identifying warehouse optimization opportunities and supporting the handling of transports
- Participation in monthly and annual closing activities as well as the preparation and posting of semi-monthly transport collective invoices also belong to your area of responsibility
- Besides sample management, you can also imagine taking on tasks in accounts receivable accounting, namely billing of outbound shipments from the national collection points
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in accounting, freight forwarding, or logistics, as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- A strong affinity for numbers, reliable independent working style, and team spirit
- You are willing to take responsibility and bring openness in communication with various stakeholders (from trade, logistics, and accounting)
- Experience and enjoyment in working with ERP systems as well as common office programs
- Good French skills are an additional plus
- Professional experience in internal service, order processing, as well as knowledge of the agricultural or food/feed industry are definitely advantageous
