Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Mastercam and 5-Axis Experience

Tasks

Independent programming, setup, and operation of 5-axis CNC milling machines
CAM programming with Mastercam for the production of complex precision parts
Manufacture of demanding individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
Optimising CNC programmes, tools, and machining strategies to improve quality and productivity
Monitoring dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and process stability

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
Solid professional experience in 5-axis CNC milling
Very good knowledge of CAM programming, preferably with Mastercam
Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls
Independent and structured working style with a high awareness of quality

Offer
