To support its communication strategy, the Vaudoise Group is looking for a video specialist. Within the Institutional Communication team, you will create video content for all communication channels of the Vaudoise Group. You will thus help communicate about the Group's various projects, activities, and events, both internally to the 2,000 employees and externally. You will also be responsible for producing recorded or live video content from the Vaudoise video studio at the Headquarters in Lausanne.

The tasks awaiting you:

• You design videos from A to Z (storytelling, production, post-production) in collaboration with the Institutional Communication team and the project manager
• You independently manage the Vaudoise studio control room for video shoots, live webinars (multi-PTZ camera production, sound, lighting, graphic overlay, streaming, etc.), and voice-over recordings
• You schedule sessions with studio users, guide them in their preparation, and build their confidence in front of the camera to ensure quality results
• You organize, in collaboration with our technical partners, interventions related to maintenance and the integration of new equipment in the studio
• You conduct photo sessions in the studio and on location (portrait & event) for the Group's various communication media (social networks, website, press releases, internal journal, etc.)

Your profile:

• You have strong technical skills in shooting, editing, and 2D animation / motion design
• You master professional post-production tools (Adobe Creative Cloud suite)
• You are creative, autonomous, organized, and proactive
• You remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during live video productions
• You enjoy working in a team and are flexible with working hours, with occasional travel to events in Switzerland
• You have at least 3 years of experience in video production and hold a diploma as an interactive media designer or equivalent
• You are a native French speaker and have oral proficiency in German
