Client Representative Development & Construction (all genders)

About the job

• Development and realisation of high-quality construction projects (new build, conversion and renovation projects)
• Setting up and managing the project organisation involving various internal and external stakeholders
• Development of strategies for properties to ensure sustainable preservation of substance and optimisation of investment / returns for the assigned real estate portfolio
• Client representation / project manager on behalf of the client vis-à-vis planners, contractors / general contractors and authorities
• Construction trustee: management, awarding of contracts and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
• As overall project manager, management of projects during preparation and execution
• Analysis of purchase offers (plots and buildings) regarding revenue-effective space potential and investment requirements

You will work in a lively, multicultural and international environment. Hybrid or remote working models are also offered.

Education:

• Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering (building construction)
• Additional training in business administration or real estate

Experience:

• Experience in the economic and technical conception of project developments
• Several years of experience in managing project developments and construction projects
