Your tasks - What you can achieve

• You will lead GRÜN Ivaris AG operationally and strategically, with full profit and loss responsibility, and report to the Board of Directors.
• You will expand our market position in the Swiss education market with existing products and a clear product roadmap.
• You will personally manage strategic customers and be the contact person for cantons, OdAs and universities.

Your profile - What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience with profit and loss responsibility, ideally in an SME or software company
• Familiarity with the Swiss education and vocational training system and with public clients
• Good understanding of software products and development methods, finance, pricing and sales
• Clear, respectful communication, decisiveness and groundedness
• Fluent in German, French is an advantage
• Residence in Switzerland and regular presence in Wallisellen
