YOUR TASKS
Become part of our Group Finance team and take on an important role in ensuring transparent and high-quality financial reporting within the SPS Group.
In close collaboration with the Head of Global Financial Reporting, you will contribute to IFRS group reporting, consolidation, and finance transformation initiatives. Furthermore, you will gain valuable insights into treasury, tax, risk management, and M&A, and actively contribute to the further development of our finance organisation through automation and continuous improvements.

Your main tasks:
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing and consolidation process according to IFRS
- Prepare, review, and analyse consolidated financial statements and group reporting
- Conduct financial analyses and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
- Participate in the Group Internal Control System (ICS) and contribute to maintaining high governance standards
- Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous optimisation of reporting and closing processes
- Support external audits and prepare the necessary documentation for auditors
- Provide professional support to international business units and corporate functions on accounting matters
- Contribute to finance transformation projects, IFRS implementations, and other strategic projects in the Group Finance area
- Work closely with senior finance stakeholders within the international SPS organisation
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in accounting, finance, or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience in group accounting, financial reporting, or external auditing; experience at a Big Four firm is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Experience with consolidation and reporting tools such as Lucanet as well as SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Very good skills in MS Excel and a strong affinity for digital financial systems
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management in an international environment
- A professional additional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, or a comparable certification is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
