Business Analyst

your role
- In collaboration with the project manager, ensure the implementation of a solution for a beneficiary service.
- Describe the functional and non-functional scope materialized by the requirements reference, the specifications, and the specifications.
- Support the beneficiary services in describing and prioritizing requirements.
- Ensure traceability from need to requirement and from requirement to functionality.
- Escalate to the project manager any gaps if necessary, to iteratively evolve the needs and the solution in an agile approach.
- Describe a viable solution that takes into account the framework and current guidelines/concepts: architecture, security, products and services, cyber administration, archiving, data protection, testing, etc... Integrate the skills associated with reviewing requirements, specifications, and specifications.
- In collaboration with users, develop use cases and functional mockups.
- Encourage the analysis of user experience.
- Write deliverables such as the requirements document, specifications, general and detailed specifications, detailed processes, user stories, mockups, solution acceptance, change strategy, testing strategy, project summary.
- Support the project manager in their steering activities, prospective risk analysis, and change management support.
- Support the IT manager in describing the functional architecture and IT processes.
- Support the quality and testing team in defining and executing scenarios and functional tests as well as their acceptance by the business.
your knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Certification in Business Analysis, IIBA, IREB or equivalent desired.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in solution design and software lifecycle.
- Familiarity with agile concepts and methodologies.
