Key activities include preparing monthly flash reports, RLBEs, plans, standard and PO pricing updates, and conducting “What-If” analyses to support both operational and strategic objectives.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities also include cost accounting and variance analysis on actuals, forecasts, and plans to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning for Procurement and TPM operations. The Senior Financial Analyst actively participates in project teams and provides financial insights to guide business decisions.</p><p></p><p><b>Core Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Deliver strategic financial analysis across PROC/TPM areas, including standard cost settings and related reviews.</p></li><li><p>Support PROC/TPM planning and LBE updates.</p></li><li><p>Define standard cost pricing, perform comprehensive price variance analysis, and provide strategic insights to optimize profitability and support long-term objectives.</p></li><li><p>Provide data-driven insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Manage month-end and year-end closings, ensuring clear variance analysis in P&L accounts.</p></li><li><p>Perform account balance analysis and ad hoc financial reviews as required.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute comprehensive spend analysis and forecasting strategies to identify and deliver measurable cost-saving opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Lead and engage in projects, including ERP enhancements, supply chain analytics, and global demand planning.</p></li><li><p>Conduct detailed cost analysis to support data-driven decisions in procurement and manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Support SOX compliance during audits by providing required reports and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Drive PROC/TPM objectives by ensuring transparency and efficiency in transactional processes; raise awareness of financial procedures among business sponsors.</p></li><li><p>Operate independently under general management direction and represent Procurement/TPM Finance in cross-divisional initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Engage in frequent cross-divisional collaborations, including with CFS, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.</p></li><li><p>Perform ad hoc analyses as required by the PROC/TPM Controller and business.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements in all financial processes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree (or comparable degree) preferable Accounting, Finance or Business & Administration or related field is required.</p></li><li><p>4+ years relevant professional experience required or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required competencies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Experience/Training Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge in Procurement and Finance with strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis).</p></li><li><p>Good practical knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word software</p></li><li><p>SAP literate</p></li><li><p>Able to work autonomously and to take proactive initiatives</p></li><li><p>Understanding the operational impact of financial decisions and the financial impact of operational decisions</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal skills and very task oriented (respect deadlines), able to work in a multicultural environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of English is essential, any other languages would be an asset.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ready to Join Us?</b></p><p>If this opportunity excites you, we’d love to learn more about you.<br />Please submit your <b>CV as a PDF</b>.</p><p></p><p>(If uploading multiple documents, be sure to add them before saving, as additional uploads cannot be added afterward.)</p><p></p>
