Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of demanding ventilation and climate projects.
- Responsibility for project coordination and management from the concept phase to completion.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners and clients.
- Support and development of employees through professional guidance and training.
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner EFZ.
- Further specialised education (FH, HF or professional certificate).
- Practical experience in planning and executing building technology projects.
- Openness to innovations and new developments in building technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Enjoyment in supporting and promoting employees in their professional development.
