Finance and Controlling - 80-100% - Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

- Responsibility for managing financial data and reports
- Conducting cost analyses and forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to international accounting standards
- Analysing financial key figures and deriving recommendations for action
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants
- Participation in project teams to improve financial processes and systems
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Controlling
- Further training in finance and accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling
- Solid knowledge in the use of ERP systems, ideally SAP or Oracle
- Experience with financial statements and accounting according to IFRS, OR, Swiss GAAP and US GAAP
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Team-oriented working style and good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
