As a Debt Collection Officer, you are part of our Debt Collection department. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the best possible services in the field of debt collection. You support and advise clients on questions related to debt collection. You do this with a strong service orientation and great commitment.

What to expect

• You conduct pre-legal dunning procedures including telephone debt collection
• You support the entire debt enforcement process, including credit checks, preparation of legal opening requests, etc.
• You look after clients and are available to advise them on questions
• You negotiate acknowledgements of debt and payment agreements
• You process loss certificates
• Various administrative tasks

What you bring

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or you already have experience in debt collection, dunning, or debt enforcement
• You communicate professionally, are a team player, and work goal-oriented.
• You have very good German and/or French skills in spoken and written form 
• You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• You are resilient and a team player who is used to working independently, precisely, and process-oriented.
