What is this position about?

In this internship, you will become part of our technical training department and design modern digital learning formats – from idea to implementation. You can work creatively, take responsibility, and at the same time be supported and encouraged by experienced trainers.
You contribute your own ideas, realise projects in the areas of media, technology, and product launch, and gain valuable practical experience for your career entry or thesis. In doing so, you will get to know interdisciplinary teams and actively shape the future of digital training solutions.

What tasks will you take on?

• Independent development and implementation of digital training formats for technical training.
• Creation of multimedia content (e.g. videos, interactive modules, presentations) to support training programmes.
• Participation in product launch projects to provide training materials for new products.
• Analysis and optimisation of existing training content to continuously improve digital learning quality.
• Close collaboration with trainers and interdisciplinary teams to design practical and innovative learning solutions.
   

What do we expect from you?
You:

• Are nearing the end of or have completed your studies in industrial engineering with a flair for media conception or a comparable degree programme.
• Are flexible, responsible, and have a quick grasp of things.
• Distinguish yourself through a careful and independent working style.
• Are a communicative and open personality.
• Communicate confidently in German and English.
• Are proficient in using AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
