Stratpharma, an innovative medical device company based in Basel, is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Associate to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our supply chain operations, supporting the company's growth and product distribution globally.
As a Supply Chain Associate, you will work closely with various departments to ensure timely procurement, inventory management, and delivery of products, all while maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage procurement activities, including vendor selection and order placement.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Collaborate with logistics and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to address any supply chain related issues.
- Assist with forecasting and demand planning activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to medical devices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
