- Inter-institutional networking (e.g. with authorities, offices, residential facilities and guardians)
- Mediation and triage tasks as well as work with relatives
- Participation in the further development of social counselling services as well as collaboration in projects and working groups
Profile
- Degree from a university of applied sciences for social work (BSc)
- Competence in interprofessional collaboration and good communication and social skills
- High personal responsibility and ability to quickly familiarise oneself with a work area as well as an independent working style
- Knowledge of social issues affecting adults
- Resilient and flexible personality with an interest in issues concerning mentally ill adults
- Professional experience with mentally ill persons is an advantage
