About the job
The Institute of Physiotherapy in the Insel Group is organised with three professional focuses. We offer specialised medical-therapeutic services with pronounced interdisciplinarity and ensure comprehensive care with high quality supervision. At the Belp location, the Institute of Physiotherapy manages geriatric rehabilitation with currently around 65 beds. People aged 70 and over are treated after serious illnesses, operations or accidents. The goal is the best possible recovery of independence and a safe return to the familiar environment.
What to expect
- You conduct physiotherapeutic assessments, plan therapy and primarily treat inpatients with a focus on geriatric rehabilitation
- You conduct individual and group therapies and specifically support patients in regaining mobility, independence and safety in everyday life
- You actively contribute your expertise in interdisciplinary consultations, reports and site meetings and help to continuously improve treatment quality
- You work in a large interprofessional therapy team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and a speech therapist, which has extensive experience and expertise
What you bring
- You have completed training as a dipl. physiotherapist, ideally with SRK recognition
- You have an interest in working with people in geriatric rehabilitation; professional experience in this area is an advantage
- You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility and like to actively contribute to the development of workflows
- Your working style is characterised by teamwork, independence and flexibility
- Experience in supervising physiotherapy BSc students is an advantage
