What awaits you:

• A central role at the interface between business and IT, where you actively support customers.

• Scope for manoeuvre in driving projects forward and optimising business processes.

• Identification of needs for IT applications and use of contemporary analysis and requirements engineering methods.

• Workshops in which you systematically capture and further develop product requirements.

• Influence on product roadmaps by assessing the impact on current and future developments.

What you bring:

• A university degree (Uni, FH, HF) and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis.

• Sound knowledge in business analysis and requirements engineering as well as experience with common modelling and design tools (e.g. UML, BPMN).

• A CPRE certification and ideally a HERMES Foundation certification.

• Experience in moderating workshops and stakeholder management.

• A strong understanding of business and IT contexts as well as a structured, analytical way of working.

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
