To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Property Accountant (40–60 %).

Your tasks:

• Independent management of property accounting
• Tenant accounts receivable accounting including dunning
• Accounts payable accounting and payment runs
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of annual financial statements for property accounts
• Management of payroll accounting and social security for caretakers
• Contact person for payment matters for tenants, owners, caretakers and authorities
• Handling general administrative tasks in accounting

Your profile: Commercial qualification and several years of professional experience as well as preferably further training in accounting (e.g. property accounting clerk/accounting or similar)

• Experience with Abacus or AbaImmo is an advantage
• Native German speaker (confident in written and spoken language)
• Team-oriented, flexible and responsible personality
• Service-oriented thinking and acting with a healthy assertiveness
• Reliable, independent and precise working style
