SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Module and Pre-Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

Module Consulting & Process Consulting (approx. 50%)

• Consulting on finance end-to-end processes and deriving optimization potentials within the framework of S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Analysis of customer requirements in the SAP S/4HANA FI and CO modules and development of tailored transformation concepts.
• Consulting on central finance transformation topics such as:
• Chart of Accounts (CoA) consolidation
• Profit center and cost center restructuring
• Group reporting and corporate consolidation
• Margin analysis / profitability analysis
• Finance template design and harmonization of financial processes
• Evaluation of existing system landscapes and co-design of target architectures as well as transformation roadmaps.

Customer Acquisition & Pre-Sales Activities (approx. 50%)

• Acquisition of new customers and building long-term business relationships in the finance transformation environment.
• Support of the sales team throughout the entire pre-sales cycle: preparation of offers, calculations, and presentations.
• Conducting workshops with customers and prospects on S/4HANA Finance transformation scenarios.
• Participation in tenders as well as management and steering committee presentations.

Customer Support & Collaboration

• Professional consulting of customers from finance strategy to implementation planning as an SAP S/4HANA FI/CO module consultant.
• Close collaboration with internal specialists and the sales team to ensure the best possible customer support.

Professional Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.
• Sound knowledge in finance process consulting and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience or interest in topics such as group reporting, margin analysis, CoA harmonization, or organizational restructuring in the finance environment.
• Interest in pre-sales activities and building customer relationships.
• SAP pre-sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Basic understanding of transformation approaches such as greenfield, brownfield, selective transformation, or system conversion.

Personal Competencies

• Enthusiasm for working with customers and presenting in front of an audience.
• Ability to structure complex finance processes understandably and develop transformation concepts.
• Commitment and willingness to learn to successfully implement both consulting and pre-sales activities.

Language and Travel Readiness

• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel for customer appointments, workshops, and internal collaboration.
