As part of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a committed leader from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement, who enjoys taking initiative, assumes responsibility, and wishes to further develop the Technical Services together with their team.
Head of Technical Services (100%)
Your tasks
Leadership and organisation of the Technical Services as well as professional and personnel management of the employees
Planning and coordination of building maintenance, repairs, servicing and upkeep
Ensuring operational readiness and preservation of value of buildings, systems, technical equipment and furniture
Planning, management and support of technical projects, conversions and renovations
Coordination of external craft businesses, suppliers and service providers
Budget planning and control as well as preparation of investment proposals and decision-making bases
Ensuring the required maintenance, inspection and control documentation
Technical support for events and cross-departmental projects
Assuming the role of Safety Officer of Landenhof as a staff position of the Managing Director
What you preferably bring with you
Completed technical vocational training and professional experience in technical building maintenance, repairs or facility management
Leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
Experience with technical projects is an advantage
Further training in occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) is an advantage or willingness to complete the training required for the role of Safety Officer
Good IT user skills, especially in MS Office
Further training in maintenance, building technology or facility management is an advantage
