The Blumenfeld Foundation Zuchwil offers 86 residents, most of whom require care and support, a "home." Three openly managed residential groups, a geronto-psychiatric residential group for those with dementia or mental illness, where we also care for day guests, as well as a residential group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms complete our care and support offerings.
To complement our team, we are looking for a HR Clerk 40% starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement

In the personnel department, we provide central services for the entire institution. Through your commitment, high service orientation, and competence, you support and advise all areas in administrative HR processes.
Your tasks…
- Administrative tasks from personnel entry to exit (recruitment process in cooperation with line managers)
- Maintaining electronic and physical personnel files
- Ensuring correct maintenance of master data in software Abacus, Polypoint PEP, easyDok)
- Processing accident and sick reports as well as checking medical certificates
- Deputizing for payroll processing and settlements with social insurances, including year-end processing
- Statistics and reporting
You bring with you…
- Training as a commercial clerk EFZ with further education in personnel management and practical professional experience
- Quality-conscious, solution-oriented, structured, discreet, and independent working style
- Willingness for constructive collaboration, high social competence
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Very good IT user skills
- Flexibility in work assignments and holiday coverage (annual working time)
