The Central for emergency medical calls 144 of Graubünden (CES144 GR) organizes and coordinates the rescue of injured and sick people in the canton of Graubünden. It is a section of the Public Health Office and is housed in the premises of the Central for emergency calls and the intervention police of Graubünden in Chur.
For the Central for emergency medical calls 144, we are looking for an official in charge of administration starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Responsibilities
- Management of the secretariat of the Central for emergency medical calls 144
- Independent organization of the service doctors, pharmacies, dentists, and ophthalmologists; point of contact for the regional service planners of the respective partner organizations; registration and modification of service data in the management system of the Central for emergency calls
- Verification of the fixed basic services of the ambulance and service doctors agreed in accordance with the currently valid service agreements; presentation of reports to the Public Health Office
- Preparation, sending, and control of quarterly and annual accounts; point of contact for debtors
- «Power user» for the document management system CMI
- Handling correspondence, drafting minutes; general administrative support to the management of CES144 GR
What we expect from you
- Commercial training (mandatory AFC).
- You have gained experience in the secretariat and assistance sector, work independently, efficiently, and accurately, and are a service-oriented person.
- Perfect oral and written command of the German language, knowledge of Italian is desirable.
- You are familiar with the use of IT systems (CMI document management, PELIX management system, etc.); you have extensive IT knowledge in the main MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and, if possible, the ICT Advanced-User SIZ diploma.
- You have organizational talent, are a team player, communicative, and discreet.
- The workload is distributed over the days of the week (Monday to Friday, usually in the morning).
