FR/ENG Receptionist (M/F)
About the position
We are looking for a qualified and experienced bilingual French/English Receptionist to manage the reception within a very beautiful high-end establishment.
A true point of contact for visitors, external service providers and colleagues, you will play an essential role in the quality of reception and coordination with the various departments of the company.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the physical reception of visitors, clients and partners
- Manage the telephone switchboard and direct calls to the relevant contacts
- Handle emails and information requests
- Perform administrative tasks related to the position (mail management, filing, document updates, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Ensure coordination and information transmission with the various departments of the company
- Contribute to a professional and warm reception experience
- Provide administrative support to teams as needed
Profile sought
- Minimum 3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or establishment as a receptionist (mandatory).
- Experience in a similar position mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise requests
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments
- Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite)
- Native French speaker, minimum English C1
- Impeccable presentation
