As a Technical Property Manager, you take responsibility for the smooth operation and maintenance of our properties. You coordinate technical processes, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest quality in service.
Your main tasks:
- Posting and evaluation of hours on cost centers
- Deployment planning and scheduling of caretakers (Bern region)
- Monitoring order completion and adherence to deadlines (including KPI contracts)
- AVOR and material procurement for repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Material purchasing and inspection upon delivery
- Absence management
- Processing of maintenance and servicing orders
- Quotation management, offer creation, invoice proposals, and billing
- Data preparation for team/KAM allocations
- Administrative tasks including booking supplier invoices and weekly orders (KAM)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial/technical basic training with certification (state-recognized FA/EFZ)
- Basic knowledge of building technology maintenance
- And accounting (accounts receivable/payable) Work experience in a comparable position including leadership experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of machine and cleaning agent use as well as hygiene standards
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Proficient German skills in communication and correspondence, additional languages are an advantage
- Quick comprehension, high flexibility
- Driver's license category B and clean record (mandatory)
