Your area of responsibility
For our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as a Business Manager. In this versatile role, you can expect the following tasks:
- Preparation and coordination of management meetings, workshops, offsites and leadership events, including the creation of decision-making bases, presentations, reports and key messages for the executive management
- Analysis of complex business information and data as well as preparation of results into clear insights and concrete recommendations for action
- Monitoring business developments, identifying relevant trends and assessing their possible impact on the bank
- Support in planning, tracking and implementing cross-departmental strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Coordination and alignment with relevant stakeholders as well as ensuring transparent and consistent communication and implementation.
Your profile
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, banking or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in banking, business management, consulting or a comparable environment
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills as well as very good competencies in dealing with different stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, discretion and reliability as well as a careful working style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within agreed deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
