Your Tasks

With our clients, you take on assignments in basic and treatment care
You advise and support our clients and their relatives
You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
You create care documentation and individual care planning
You lead and advise other employees

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex area is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
Own car and living in the region
