To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new leader with solid knowledge and practical experience, ideally from the healthcare sector. Together, we ensure that our varied and very interesting area of responsibility in our accounting / controlling functions punctually and efficiently.

What you will achieve with us

You take overall responsibility for our accounting / controlling.

Together with your team, you are responsible for budgeting, financial and liquidity planning, internal and external reporting, cost accounting as well as the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.

You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.

You maintain contact with external partners such as auditors, software suppliers, authorities and banks.

You lead the accounting/controlling team and are responsible for its further development.

With your higher education/training in finance/business administration.

With your several years of experience in accounting / controlling, ideally with leadership experience.

With your solid knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER, your confidence in balance sheets/financial statements and SAP know-how.

With your experience in healthcare or your strong motivation to engage yourself in this environment.

With your independent working style, your resilience and your strong communication and social skills.
