Trainee HF for the 2-3 year training to become a certified nursing specialist HF (m/f/d)

• 2- or 3-year training
• Collaboration with HFGS, Careum or XUND
• With or without obligation, which affects your salary
• Start of training possible 4 times a year with us

Tasks

• Professional responsibility for the entire nursing process and for carrying out organisational and medical-technical tasks
• Establishing professional communication and relationships with patients and their relatives
• Collaboration within the intra- and interprofessional team
• Independent management of careful and up-to-date knowledge management
• Co-responsibility for logistical and administrative processes
• Rotation through neuro-/ortho-/burn unit and early rehabilitation

Profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ, completion of specialised middle school or Matura
• A completed apprenticeship as a health specialist EFZ entitles you to a shortened 2-year course
• Suitability internship at the Bellikon rehabilitation clinic (3 days)
• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm
• Efficient, analytical, systematic, evidence-based and reflective working
• High communication and teamwork skills
• Interdisciplinary thinking and acting
• Sense of responsibility
• Physical and mental resilience
