The company Wipf AG develops and produces high-density packaging films and bags for the food, pharmaceutical, and non-food industries. The company employs around 240 people and is one of the leading packaging manufacturers in Europe.

We are looking for support for our Lamination department immediately or by arrangement.

What you will achieve

• Independent setup of the laminating machines
• Continuous monitoring of production for deviations
• Independently resolving simpler technical faults
• Adhering to internal safety and hygiene guidelines

What you bring

• Completed training as a machine operator EFZ or similar technical training
• Professional experience in the technical industry
• Good German language skills
• High quality awareness
• Technical flair for machines and enjoyment in operating, maintaining, and optimising our equipment
• Willingness to work shifts (2 to 3 shift operation)
