Residential Area Manager / 80-100% for inpatient care with integrated home care

• Recruitment and introduction of employees as well as the professional and personnel management of your team
• Development and organization of the department with 22 residents and integrated home care
• Co-design and implementation of management and care processes and active participation
• Staff deployment / duty planning, employee discussions
• Responsibility for classification using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
• Communication and maintaining contact with internal and external customers
• Significant shaping of the working atmosphere as well as an effective working environment

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP). For foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRK is mandatory
• Many years of leadership and professional experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of RAI-HC / interRAI LTCF
• Leadership experience with appropriate leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (min. level B2)
• Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
• Resilience and very good organizational skills
