We help our clients in Western Switzerland realize their projects by providing them with comprehensive, efficient, and sustainable solutions, whether in the generation and distribution of electricity and heat, in electrical installations, in building automation, soft mobility, air conditioning, or water treatment. The Electricity Distribution Directorate constructs, maintains, and operates the electricity supply network. It is responsible for the technological aspects of our projects, such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting, and develops innovative offerings.
Due to a retirement, we are looking for a new colleague for a permanent position.
Tasks:
- Completion of all administrative tasks such as correspondence, answering phone calls, organizing meetings, ordering materials, and preparing various documents
- Control and billing of services in coordination with the responsible departments using the Dynamics 365 standards for management, recording, and billing of services
- Active participation in the improvement of internal processes
- Management of the physical and digital archiving of documents of the Electricity Distribution Directorate
Profile:
- Commercial training
- Excellent French and German language skills (spoken and written) with solid editorial skills
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
- Organized, independent personality, sociable, with strong team spirit and pronounced skills in planning, synthesis, and customer service
