Your tasks

• Carrying out service and repair orders on venetian blinds, roller shutters, awnings and other shading systems
• Dismantling, assembling and replacing existing systems
• Replacing wear parts such as gearboxes, cranks, tapes, bearings as well as awning fabrics
• Retrofit and replacement of drives
• Detecting and assessing faults (repair or replacement)
• Taking measurements and technical details for quotations and material orders
• Competent advice to customers on site
• Digital reporting of work, working hours and material consumption
• Careful handling of the service vehicle, tools and materials

Your profile

• Training as a specialist in sun protection and blind technology EFZ, assembly practitioner sun protection and blind technology EBA, metalworker or equivalent training in sun and weather protection
• Manual skills with experience in service, repair and assembly
• Team-oriented, motivated, independent and committed personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Confident and well-groomed appearance as well as impeccable manners
• Quick comprehension and precise working method
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• German: fluent (C2)
