ROMAY AG is a leading company in the plastics industry. We develop, produce and process sophisticated, customised components and cladding systems for medical technology, rail and mechanical engineering.

To complement our team in the quality department, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a:

Quality Technician

Your main tasks:

• CAPA management and sustainable handling of complaints using 8D methodology
• Cross-departmental project work on new projects including test planning
• Execution of initial sampling
• Random sampling inspection within the value chain
• Participation in internal audits and customer audits
• Coaching of employees
• Support in the further development of the QMS
• Support of incoming goods inspection and test equipment management

Your profile:

• Technical basic training, possibly further training in quality assurance
• Experience in the areas of test planning, complaint processing and quality management in an industrial company (plastics processing/assembly of assemblies is an advantage)
• Knowledge of the Six Sigma method is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• German spoken and written, English is an advantage
• Team player and reliable with a proactive hands-on mentality
