- Responsibility for operational access management to ensure the protection needs of people, data, and infrastructure through correct administration of authorised building and room access at all locations with workplace in Wädenswil
- Creation, management, and optimisation of access profiles, roles, and authorisation concepts as well as support for internal and external stakeholders in access processes
- Planning, coordination, and accompaniment of relocation, conversion, and new construction projects in the area of access management as well as further development and integration of modern, digital, and user-friendly access systems within the framework of innovation and pilot projects
- Consultation and processing of access requests as well as provision, coordination, and ordering of services for the maintenance of the locking system
- Collaboration and coordination with internal specialist departments, external service providers, and system suppliers as well as ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and compliance requirements including participation in documentation, guidelines, and audits
- Deputising for the Team Leader Service Center Wädenswil as well as for team members of the Service Center in areas such as CampusCard, Copy Center, and postal and courier services as needed
- Service-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality with a structured and independent working style - also within a team
- Completed training with several years of practical experience as well as solid professional experience in access and locking systems
- Technical understanding and affinity for digital systems as well as enjoyment of solution-oriented work
- Experience in projects (e.g. access management, security, digitalisation) as well as knowledge in data protection or identity management complete your profile
- Very good German language skills
- Confident in using MS Office
- Driving licence category B
