What you achieve with us

You are responsible for an attractive commercial property portfolio and ensure that ownership, tenants and buildings work well together.

• You develop management strategies and implement them.
• You negotiate and conclude lease agreements.
• You coordinate maintenance and modernisation measures and act on site at the right moment.
• You prepare budgets, check ancillary cost and annual statements and keep an eye on quality and costs.
• You maintain direct contact with tenants, owners and authorities.
• You provide professional guidance to an administrator.
• You represent the owners before judicial authorities.

What you bring

You bring experience and expertise and gladly take on responsibility. Your attitude, personality and enjoyment in dealing with people distinguish you.

• You have a commercial education and hold the professional certificate as a property manager.
• You have several years of experience as a property manager, including at least one year focused on commercial properties.
• You have sound knowledge of tenancy law and property maintenance.
• You present yourself confidently, negotiate skilfully and communicate reliably.
• You are well organised, quality-conscious and service-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in German and English with style.
• Good IT skills (GREM, M365) and a driving licence complete your profile.
