Co-Leadership Household Team
What you will achieve with us:
• You jointly lead the household team with your colleague
• You create the duty and holiday planning for the employees
• You competently and empathetically advise our clients and their relatives
• You conduct needs assessments and plan the corresponding assignments
• You participate operationally if required
• You maintain regular communication with doctors, social workers and legal guardians
• You contribute to ensuring and further developing quality in the household sector
• Active shaping of a positive, solution-oriented culture in the Sophie Guyer retirement centre as a member of management
What you bring with you:
• Qualification as a health or household specialist EFZ
• Quality awareness, organisational skills and a winning demeanour
• A respectful, empathetic attitude in dealing with clients and employees
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• Good PC user skills; knowledge of RAI-HC is an advantage
• Good German skills at level B2
• Driving licence
