Your Tasks
- You take responsibility for the professional care, support and advice of our clients at home, involving their relatives
- You participate in the case management concept and share responsibility for the care process
- You provide care according to the principles of Kinaesthetics
- You classify nursing diagnoses based on NANDA
- You maintain a supportive interdisciplinary collaboration within the team as well as with the doctors
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
- Mindfulness, commitment and empathy for our clients
- Flexibility in work organisation
- Driving licence and own car
