Trust Officer

Ideal for re-entry – independent and mandate-oriented

Treuhand Hohl AG is an established, local trust company. We place great value on personal, competent advice for our clients as well as a working atmosphere characterised by trust and independence. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks with us:

Mandate management: You will independently manage and advise your own mandates.

Finance: You will carry out and maintain client accounting (financial accounting, partly payroll accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable) punctually.

Closures: You will prepare meaningful interim and annual financial statements.

Taxes & VAT: You will prepare VAT returns and complete tax declarations for natural and legal persons.

Your profile:

Experience: You have solid professional experience in the trust sector.

Working style: You work precisely, reliably and appreciate a high degree of independence.

Education: Further training in finance and accounting (e.g. trust officer or accounting clerk) is an advantage but not essential with appropriate experience.

Personality: You are a team player, flexible and enjoy direct customer contact. Your manner towards employees, clients and authorities is courteous and friendly.
