Your Tasks

• Pressing in, shrinking and rubbing of bushings as well as rolling in, staking and testing of bearings according to work instructions
• Assembling threaded inserts as well as sealing bearings and bushings to ensure the required quality
• Manufacturing and processing of control cables including cutting to length, burning off, crimping end pieces as well as stretching and quality inspection of the cables.
• Carrying out pre-assembly work according to technical drawings and production documents
• Processing and forwarding production orders in the ERP system as well as ensuring correct documentation
• Supporting adjacent departments in case of capacity bottlenecks and contributing to a smooth production process

What Convince Us

• Completed training as a production mechanic, automotive specialist, plant and apparatus builder, carpenter or comparable technical basic training
• Strong fine motor skills and experience in assembly or production work are an advantage
• Ability to confidently read and implement technical drawings and work instructions
• Good German skills in spoken and written form at least at level B2 as well as confident use of digital work tools; ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, careful and quality-conscious working style with high reliability, flexibility and commitment
• Team-oriented and respectful personality with a sense of responsibility as well as an open and cooperative collaboration in the work environment
