For the Subsidiary Ledgers department at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed and resilient individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- You ensure proper accounts receivable bookkeeping including debt collection.
- You take responsibility for and lead 4 to 5 employees in accounts receivable / debt collection.
- Your main tasks include posting financial accounting transactions in the accounts receivable area, monitoring dunning processes including debt collection activities, and ensuring a proper accounts receivable closing (monthly and annual closing).
- Furthermore, your duties include actively driving IT solutions in the accounts receivable area and project work to improve accounts receivable processes.
Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or business school and qualification at university of applied sciences level and/or federal diploma as accounting clerk or similar
- Experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping (experience in healthcare is an advantage)
- Good leadership skills and confident demeanour
- Humanity and humour
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, SAP FI/CO and SAP IS-H are advantageous, as well as general IT affinity
- Flexible and resilient personality with conscientious working style
