Team Leader Property Management Commercial & Parking Buildings

Tasks

• Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the subordinate property management team
• Ensuring professional, customer-oriented and economical management of the assigned real estate portfolio of commercial and parking properties
• Support and implementation of change and optimisation projects
• Supporting the team in managing demanding tenancy agreements as well as in negotiations with tenants and other internal and external stakeholders
• Investment and financial planning with budget responsibility for the team portfolio
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners

Profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further education in the real estate sector, ideally as a property manager with a federal professional certificate; further advanced training is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties, solid technical understanding is an advantage
• Many years of experience in entrepreneurial and personnel management
• Know-how in optimising and further developing processes and organisations
• Empathetic, communicative and assertive personality with high social, conflict and negotiation competence
• Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong cost awareness and business understanding
• Very good IT user skills, especially MS Office; SAP and Abacus knowledge is an advantage
