Who are we?

An engineering company with three offices in Switzerland and one in Poland. We passionately develop innovative solutions for ventilation, heating and cooling, lighting, and all other systems a building needs. Every year, 2-3 newly qualified building services planners complete their apprenticeship with us. At our Zurich location, at Juchstrasse 7, we offer a new training position in the ventilation specialization starting August 2026.

During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn...

To professionally plan and calculate modern ventilation systems. Our experienced team will always support you. Over the four years of your apprenticeship, you will develop step by step into a sought-after specialist who contributes with clever solutions to reduce energy consumption and shape a more sustainable future. 

Your focus areas

• You calculate ventilation systems and learn the legal regulations
• You draw detailed plans and schematics with 3D drawing programs as a basis for building ventilation systems
• You assist with tenders and compare offers from different companies
• Sometimes you visit construction sites and exchange ideas with the installation team, architects, and construction management
• You are there when the finished system is commissioned and its functionality is checked 💪
• During your apprenticeship, you also attend vocational school and inter-company courses 1-2 days per week 
• You get the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge practically: throughout the apprenticeship, you regularly complete internships on construction sites or in the workshop

What you should bring

• You enjoy math, geometry, and technical drawing
• You are interested in technical contexts and like working on the PC
• You have an eye for detail and work precisely
• You are curious, open, and creative
• You have good German skills
